Are we meeting our goal of becoming the number 1 place to shop for a T1 Line in the world?See what our customers have to say about their experience with us: "Selecting a provider was simple because the work was already done for us. We're saving more than we thought we could thanks to t1-lineconnection.com." Todd Leishman "We found t1-lineconnection.com via a Web Search in Google while shopping for reliable/competitive T-1 lines. Adam Edwards, a t1-lineconnection.com consultant, asked me questions without selling anything and then delivered an array of options with pros and cons for each. I've dealt with many types of vendors as a "decision maker" for multiple companies and t1-lineconnection.com is a model for success. Needless to say we are in the process of converting all of our data lines throughout the country with the help of t1-lineconnection.com." Todd Kawai "t1-lineconnection.com provided us with multiple options allowing us to compare quotes and select the best service for our needs. We were also pleased with the post-sales support t1-lineconnection.com gave us when we needed help getting our rebates and coordinating our provisioning." Joju Sebastian "The nature of our business demands a reliable T1 service. t1-lineconnection.com helped us find aTier 1 service provider and negotiated a lower price than the vendor would have given to us if we went direct. Sunder Isaac "We found t1-lineconnection.com to be a very convenient and cost effective way to find new Voice and Data Service. Within 1-2 seconds there were quotes from 5-6 different providers. The t1-lineconnection.com folks were very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of the different services they were representing." Tony Calisi |

Written by: Brad Dudley - Feb 4, 2012 Some people still think the difference between Dsl Service and a T1 Internet Connection is speed. Unfortunately they are wrong. The connection speed of a T1 Line is 1.5MBPS(Megabytes per second). The connection speed of dsl service varies, and can be as fast as 6MBPS. The biggest benefits of a T1 Internet Line are stability and consistancy. Your upload and download speeds are always 1.5MBPS. With dsl your upload speeds are usually much slower and not nearly as consistant. Dsl is a shared service, meaning if too many people in your area use it at once your connection will get slower. This means if you have employees running complicated applications they would be using their time much more effectively with a T1 Internet Line. They main advantage of dsl service is cost. Business dsl usually costs around $100 per month, compared to $300 and up for a T1. |
